I recently discovered a small general aviation airport in Salem, Michigan that has been abandoned for over a quarter of a century. The main hangar/office is still standing. The runway is in pretty bad shape, but it's still there. The rest of the buildings, t-hangars I believe, are all but gone. It was once a fairly busy airport that offered flying lessons and was home to a skydiving club. Click here to view the pictures.
